RIP series book number two.  A city police chief is killed during a robbery.  It would seem he was at the wrong place at the wrong time.  It would have been a matter for the city police to investigate if a sheriff's deputy had not also been shot.  Now, Dave Harbinger is involved and takes a deeper look than some in the city would like.
